Swarup Eye Centre conducted camp at Doordarshan Seva Kendra in the month of June, 25th 2015. About 145 employees attended the camp and screened for different eye problems. The camp was led by a team of ophthalmologists and optometrists. Awareness about various eye diseases and also information about maintaining healthy eye sight were provided along with prescribed medicines as per the condition.
Swarup Eye Centre have adopted the Gundrampally village and conducted eye camp in the month of march 2015. About 70 members were attended the camp and a lot of them were diagnosed with Cataract. Nearly 30 members from the village were operated for cataract problems at Swarup Eye Centre completely free of cost.
Swarup Eye Centre conducted eye camp at Nizam club Hyderabad in the month of April 2015 for all its members. About 150 members attended the camp and were diagnosed with different eye diseases and provided with required treatment.
Swarup Eye centre conducted eye camp for two days on 16th & 17th of April 2015 for DMRl employees. Around 600 employees attended the camp. A good number of employees were found to require immediate attention to their eyes. Swarup Eye Centre identified their issues and helped them with immediate treatment where required.
Swarup Eye Centre organized a screening camp for school children of the Delhi School of Excellence in Attapur. Over 500 children participated in the camp, led by a team of doctors and optometrists. Children were told about the importance of a balanced diet for health eyes.
To prevent Childhood Blindness caused by refractive errors and other common Eye diseases, Swarup Eye Centre has initiated the School Children Eye Screening Program on 26-2-2015 at Govt high school near Moula-Ali, over 300 students were screened and free medicines provided. An awareness program about various eye disorders was conducted for the school teachers. This program was appreciated by Government authorities of Moula-Ali.
